What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals
- Work with clients to gather information and develop case strategies
- Prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Maintain organized case files and documentation for all litigation matters
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and legal options
- Collaborate with partner on case strategy and preparation
Requirements:
- Must have Insurance defense or Coverage experience of at least 2 years
- Juris Doctor
